London Press Conference

On 23 March, a press conference was held in London where State Hermitage Museum Director General Mikhail Piotrovsky and chairman of the State Hermitage Museum Board of Directors V. Î. Potanin talked to journalists about the establishment of a special endowment fund for the development of the State Hermitage Museum, which is the largest cultural organisation in Russia.

Piotrovsky informed journalists that he hoped the endowment would help resolve relevant museum tasks in the near future and that the State Hermitage Museum would hold a fundraising campaign in 2013 - 2014 to raise money for the development of the museum.
