Born in 1969.
Graduated from the Moscow State University in 1991, Faculty of Journalism. During the study worked for Sobesednik weekly and Moskovskaya Pravda daily newspaper. After August 1991 together with the group of young journalists of Moskovskaya Pravda took part in reforming of the newspaper.
1991 - 1995 - freelance correspondent, then observer of Moskovskaya Pravda.
1995 - 1996 - the Department of Informational Support of UNEXIMbank Associate.
1996 - 1997 - Assistant (press - secretary) of the First Deputy Prime Minister of RF V.Potanin.
1997 - 1998 - Chief of the Department of Informational Support of UNEXIMbank.
